As each item is custom made for your pet we are unable to offer returns, however if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can work towards a resolution.
If an error has been made on our behalf then we will happily make a replacement tag for you free of charge.
Please double check all information submitted to be stamped on the tag. We will not offer a free replacement for any errors made on your behalf.
